Dan chalks another appearence to his already impressive resume, by being featured in Muse’s single for Twilight Saga: Eclipse soundtrack “Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)” music video.

I know I’m a little late to the party in posting this up! But I’ve FINALLY gotten around to it!

The clip also features Dakota Fanning as Jane, Cameron Bright as Alec and also the tracker to our trackers&crackers Charlie Bewley as Demetri.

On Saturday, Dan attended the Sydney Twilight Convention, where he partaked in a Q&A session which I was lucky to catch, in person!

I will say this Dan, is probably one of the most loveliest people to ever meet, and has an awesome sense of humour, which will hopefully come across in this rundown of his Q&A (which I will admit I’ve left out a couple of questions, as we’ve heard them before previously)

Can Daniel do any party tricks? – Apparently so, he can “pop” his ear, which he demonstrated to the audience, VIA a microphone, which was, let me tell you, rather gross.

Is Dan the tallest member in his family? And does the 6’7 height gene run in his family? — No, his younger brother is taller then him by a couple of inches. His father is 6’2 and his mother is 5’9, as he said “above normal but not anything Jack and The Beanstalk giant like”

What is on Dan’s iPod right now? — He said he was currently listening to Kings of Leon and also John Butler Trio, but he doesn’t really have a set genre of music he will listen to more then others, he can go from listening to rock to listening to trance quiet easily.

What was his most embarrassing fan encounter?– When in Houston at a function, a lady would follow him around table to table and pinch his butt, and because of the fact he didn’t feel comfortable telling her to cut it out he endured it, and he said he also cannot wait to be a dirty old man (He did a wonderful impression of an elderly man at this point) and hit on all the younger girls, although he might be in a wheelchair because his spine would have collapsed due to his excess height.

Has there ever been a celebrity he has “fangirled” over?– At first Dan said no, then he realized when he worked with Halle Berry on the X-MEN series, that yes he indeed had. Then he went onto a tangent talking about how he thinks Elle Macpherson is absolutley gorgeous. (+1 to us Aussies!)

Thankyou so much Dan for taking the time out to come down to Australia to meet your fans, and it was fantastic to finally meet you, and hopefully we see you again Down Under in the future!

At present, the scene hasn’t even made the short list – but if Rob and Cam Gigandet could take home the gong last year, we have faith that we can make this happen!

All you need to do is register – if you don’t already have an account with MTV.com – and head to the bottom of the page to the list of ‘Eligible Movies’, select ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon” and type “Daniel Cudmore and Robert Pattinson” into the “Actors” Box.

This part of the process ends April 9th.

From there, the official short list will be decided. We all know that Twilight fans vote in record numbers – so do Dan a favour and help him out!

There’s been a bunch of videos of Dan playing Vampire Baseball uploaded to YouTube, so now we get to see Dan in short shorts action!
